Sloppy Joe Turkey with Beans and Rice

1 package lean ground turkey1 can stewed tomatoes1 can kidney beans5 cloves garlic1 large white onion2.5 tsp olive oil1 package sloppy joe mix1 cup (uncooked) jasmine rice
Slice onions and mince garlic. Sautee in olive oil until almost translucent. Add ground turkey and sautee until browned. Add dry sloppy Joe mix, tomatoes, a beans. Turn down heat and allow to simmer for around 20 minutes. While this is cooking, prepare rice according to the instructions. Mix rice with turkey sloppy Joe mixture.
