Overnight Protein Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1 1/4 cup white flour1/4 cup vanilla protein powder2 Tbls sugar1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla extract2 eggs1 tsp dry active yeast2 cups soymilk1/4 cup oil
Directions
Makes 5 large belgian waffles.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

Heat waffle iron. Spray with nonstick and fill with batter. Cook per directions on waffle iron.
