Ms. T's Marinara & Eggplant Casserole

Ingredients
5 0z or more of homemade marinara sauce2 ozs raw, sliced eggplant- (which is about 2 thin to medium slices of eggplant1 oz Kraft shredded cheddar cheese (sharp)1 oz shredded parmesan cheese-OPTION-Grounded beef, chicken, or turkey can be added,use only 2 oz NOTE****the ingredients do not have to be brand names items, could be items that you normally use
Directions
I use a ceramic 1 serving dish to make this meal

Mix two cheese together

Spray entire dish with butter flavored cooking spray, take 2 tbsp of marinara sauce on layer at bottom of dish, add 2-1/2 slices of raw eggplant, cover with marinara sauce and layer with cheese, add last two 1/2 slices of eggplant, remaining sauce and cheese

Bake for 30 t0 35 minutes until cheese is golden brown
