1 lb Northern White Beans1/2 cup molasses1/4 cup ketchup1/2 tsp of dry mustard6 strips of bacon cut in half
Soak the beans overnight. Rinse and add to slow cooker. Add enough water to just cover the beans. Stir in molasses, ketchup and dry mustard. Place bacon strips on top. Cover and cook for 8 hours on high or until beans are soft. Makes 8 -1 cup servings.
