Honey Glazed/Soy Salmon

16 oz of Wild sockeye salmon 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce1/4 cup of Honey1/2 of a Lemon's Juice2 tbsp of Cumin1 tsp of Minced Garlic1 tbsp of Garlic PowderBlack Pepper to taste.
Cut 16 oz Salmon Fillet into 4 oz servings.
Place fillets into glass baking pan.
Mix Soy Sauce, Honey, Lemon Juice, Cumin, Minced Garlic, Garlic Powder and Black Pepper together.
Pour Sauce over Salmon and cover.
Marinate in Refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Bake Salmon uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky with a fork.
Makes 4 (4oz.) Servings.
