Bacon, Cheese & Potato Chowder

Ingredients
2 cans cream of potato soup, undiluted6 cups fat free milk4 cups southern style frozen hashbrowns2 cups shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced4 slices turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
Directions
Mix milk & soup in a large saucepan. Stir in hashbrowns. Bring to a boil on high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Ladle soup into bowls & top with turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, & green onions.

Makes 12 1-cup servings.
