All Raw Gazpacho

Ingredients
4-tomatoes (chopped)1-Cucumber (chopped)2 sprigs of Parsley (chopped)1/4 cup of olive oil1/2 white onion, chopped2-pieces sun-dried tomatoes, choppedDash of Cayenne pepper to tasteDash of Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Directions
Take the 3/4 of the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, olive oil with the seasoning and puree in a blender. Take the remainder 1/4 of the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion and mix it into the puree. Serve cold. Garnish with Parsley spring
