Simple veggie stirfry

2 small potatoes (any kind)1 Clove of garlic1 Tablespoon of cooking oil1/3 head of cabbage1/2 large zuchinni2 Tablespoons of onionsalt & pepper to tase(can add more or less of any of this stuff as preferred)
Heat oil in pan until hot. Then add potatoes to cook for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the other veggies, garlic, salt and pepper. Let cook a few minutes then stir occasionally. Put a lid on it and let it steam for the next five minutes or so, stirring occasionally. VERY TASTY!
