Chicken and Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups brown rice4 cups soy milk3 cups rice milk8 Tbl (1 stick) butter1 can Cream of Chicken soup3 Tbl Better than Broth - chicken 4-5 cups diced cooked chickensalt/pepper
Directions
Mix cooked chicken with all other ingredients. We use chicken meat from whole chicken that was cooked for broth. Put in a greased, 9x13 baking dish. Cook at 350 for 2 hours.

Makes about 10 1-cup servings.
