2.29 lb Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast) * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped 1 Can Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce * Pears, fresh, 2 pear, medium * Apples, fresh, 2 medium * 2.3 cups packed Brown Sugar * Salt, 2 tsp * Thyme, ground, 2 tsp * Chicken bouillon, 1 cube dissolved in 1 cup hot water * Brie Cheese, 8 oz
Directions
chop it up and throw it in the crock pot on low for 7 hours on low. slice brie & add on top, cook for 1 additional hour.
