Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients
1/4 cup Steel Cut oats1/4 cup Brown Rice Farina2 1/2 cups water1/4 cup golden raisins1/4 cup dried cherries
Directions
Place all ingredients into a saucepan, bring mixture to boil, reduce heat to med/low and simmer for 20 minutes or until mixture becomes thickened. Remove from heat, cover and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Serve with 1 cup of Skim milk, Rice Dream, Silk Soy or Almond Milk.
