Ingredients
1/2 Cup Rough Cut or Old Fashioned Oats1 Cup Water1/2 Tsp Cinnamon1 Tbs Brown Sugar2 Dates, choppedOrganic, Unsweetened ApplesaucePlain Greek Yogurt
Directions
Cook oatmeal with water, following package directions. Add sugar, chopped dates and cinnamon toward the end of the cooking time. Top with applesauce and Greek yogurt.

    very good combination. Used 1/8th cup unsweeteened homemade applesauce and same amount of plain nonfat yogurt. I also added 2 chopped walnut halves. Very good, the date and applesauce make it mildly sweet. - 12/31/17
