Ingredients
Directions
1 lb. ground bison 1/2 c bread crumbs1/4 c milk (2%)1 egg2 tbspns minced onion2 tsp Worcestershire Sauceone can (10.5 oz) beef broth1 c water1/4 c flour salt / pepper to taste
make the meatballs with all the ingredients combined down to the Worcestershire sauce. make each ball about 1 inch to 1 1/2 " in diameter - I made about 24 balls - - - bake them 20-30 minutes in the oven (until brown)
while they are baking make the sauce - get the broth and 1/2 of the water to come to a boil. while boiling combine the other half of the water (1/2 cup) with the 1/4 cup of flour and then bour it all into the boiling broth to thicken it - stir rapidly with a whisk as you pour it in or it will get lumpy.
when the meatballs are done, put them in the pan with the sauce and let it simmer for a bit. till you are ready to serve.
