4 oz of cubed t-bone steak2 flour medium tortillas1 oz of mozzarella, part skim milk cheese1 oz of colby cheese1 oz of cottage cheese
Grill or prepare the steak to your liking. Dice steak into cubes, or cut into strips. Prepare tortilla to your liking. Add cheese (not cottage) then steak, then top with cheese. I whip my cottage cheese with a bit of taco seasoning, and use it as I would sour cream. Not good if you're on a low fat diet.
