Easy and Low Fat Chicken Cordon Blu

•Boneless skinless chicken breast (1)•Fat Free Swiss Cheese(1 slice)•Healthy Choice Ham(2 slices)•Shake-n-bake- parmesan crusted flavor (1/8 of packet)•Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing (2 tablespoons)•Pam cooking spray
1. Put chicken in large bowl and pour salad dressing on chicken and cover
2. Put in fridge for 2-4 hours to marinate
3. Preheat oven for 400 degrees
4. Cut chicken breast length wise (do not cut in half)
5. Stuff chicken with cheese and ham
6. Spray chicken with Pam
7. Bread chicken with Shake-n-bake
8. Prepare baking sheet (Pam and alumina foil works the best)
9. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-40 min (until chicken is no longer pink)
10. Let rest for 5 mins
11. Serve on plate and enjoy!!!!
