Low Fat Hash from Leftovers

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 85 grams (a couple ounces) cooked.Red Potato, 115 grams (2 small), cookedOnions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Worchestershire Sauce, a dash garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop everything up and fry in a well seasoned cast iron pan. You could put a little cooking spray if you need to.
I leftover pork loin and potatoes I'd done in the crock pot last night, so it's very lean and well seasoned.
I am SO eating all of this (2 servings),but it'd be good to split and eat with a poached egg.
