Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp butter1 cup dry steel cut oats3 cups water1 cup non-fat milkdash saltfruit and/or sweetener of choice
Directions
Melt the butter and add the dry oats. Cook 2-4 minutes. Add boiling water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the milk and stir. Let simmer until desired consistency. I added Coconut Palm Sugar as a sweetener.
