Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins - light

Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin1 1/4 cup sugar1/2 cup water1/4 vegetable oil1/4 fat free vanilla yogurt2 eggs1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp ground cloves
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together except for the chocolate chips. Mix them in just before pouring into a standard muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

I have also made this recipe gluten free, by replacing the flour with a gluten free baking mix.
