Chunky Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 small apple2 oz whole cashews (about 36 nuts)1 whole rotisserie chicken (excluding wing meat)8 oz container of plain low-fat yogurt2 tbsp Kraft fat-free mayosalt and pepper
Directions
Dice apples and chicken. Blend all ingredients and serve in a wrap or sandwich.

Add sun-dried tomatoes or raisins for extra zest. Exclude the cashews and dark meat for a low-fat recipe.
