Muffins Wholewheat cranberry Banana Apple

Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 0.5 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 4 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 0.75 tsp (remove)Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) (remove)apple (heated in microwave and mashed)Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp (remove)Cranberries, 1 cup, whole (remove)Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)*Yogurt, Yoplait Light, Strawberry, 6 oz (remove)Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. Set Aside
(note) I chose to do 3/4 whole wh flour and 1/4 white flour so they wouldn't be so heavy.
In separate bowl mix all other ingredients
Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
To make them a little more moist, I added the 1 yogurt.
Grease the muffin cups or use the muffin paper cups.
Fill 1/2 full
Bake for 15-17 minutes (until toothpick is clean)
Makes 24 medium muffins or 32 mixture of med and small.
