Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb. beef stew meat3 med. potatoes25 baby carrots
Directions
1. Start about 7 hrs in advance.
2. Cut stew meat up into small bite-size pieces and put in crockpot. Add water to cover. Cook on high for about 2-3 hrs.
3. Then add chopped potatoes and sliced baby carrots. Add more water as needed to cover. Cook on high until potatoes and carrots are cooked. About 5 more hrs.

Makes about 12 1-cup servings.
