Tikka Masala

Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained3 cups diced onions1 large can Tomato paste1 cup water2-4 whole chicken breasts, boneless skinless (I used 2 for calculating)1 Tbs Garlic powder (Or use 4 raw cloves minced)2 Tbs Curry powder1 Tbs Cinnamon1 Tbs Ginger (I used dry, can use fresh)salt and pepper
Directions
Sweat onion and garlic in the butter. Add spices and saute a bit longer. Add in tomatoes, paste and water, mix up well give it a taste, if you are like me, and adjust seasonings. Add chicken and simmer slowly until chicken is cooked and tender. Turn off heat and add half and half (heavy cream is even tastier). Blend well, I like to serve over basmati rice or a wild rice/basmati mix. Makes 8-1 cup servings (nutritions don't include the rice).
