Santa Fe Turkey Chilli

Ingredients
Beans, red kidney, 2 15.5oz cansChilli Beans, 4 15.5oz cansChilli Ready Tomatoes, 2 15.5oz cansChopped Green Chilles, 2 small cansOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 3 pepper, large any colors you likeGarlic, 2 cloves V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 16 oz any flavorDry hidden valley ranch packet, 2 packets*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 2lbs
Directions
Chop peppers, onion, and garlic. Saute veggies with turkey. While cooking open can's of Kidney beans and rinse. Open all cans and add to Crock Pot or which ever pot you want to use. Drain meat and veggies, add to pot. Add V8 and dry ranch mix, stir. Cook in crock pot for 6 hours or on the stove for an hour to warm up. Add any other veggies you like, they all go great. To lower sodium use low sodium beans/ tomatoes.
