Turkey Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.25 lb of ground turkey1 bell pepper finely chopped1 med onion finely chopped3 Tbsp Ketchup2 large eggs1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs2 Tbsp Italian seasoningTopping1/2 cup ketchup1 Tbsp brown sugar2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Combine turkey, pepper, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, seasoning, and 3 Tbsp of ketchup thoroughly.

Divide mixture into 12 muffin pan cups.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, syrup and garlic powder. Top each mini meatloaf.

Cook in oven at 350 for about 35 minutes.

Makes 12 muffin cup sized servings.
