Ingredients
Chick Peas (canned), 2.2 cup, drained, reserve liquidEggplant, boiled/steamed without salt/drained, 300 gramGarlic powder, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspLemon Juice, 2 fl oz1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 2 servingCauliflower, cooked, 300 grams
Directions
Throw everything in a food processor and give 'er for a good five minutes. Add chickpea liquid as needed if it's too thick.
