Low-Fat Sugar-free French Toast

Ingredients
3 large egg whites1/3 cup milk1 tbsp vanilla2 packets Sweet 'n low1 tsp ground cinnamonNutmeg and cloves to taste4 slices whole grain bread
Directions
Mix all ingredients but bread.

Heat a non-stick griddle on medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Dip both sides of bread in mixture. Place on griddle. Fry both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.
