Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb very lean ground beef1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1 cup lite sour cream2 cups large elbow macaroni2 TBS cooking sherry17 oz frozen peas or 1.5 cups canned (drained) peas1 TBS olive oil1 teas salt1/2 teas pepper1 teas garlic powder
Directions
Cook macaroni until el dente' state. Mix hamburger, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Make into small meatballs. Add 1 Tbs olive oil to skillet and cook the meat balls until brown. Mix sour cream, mushroom soup and sherry together. Mix cooked and drained mac, soup mix, peas and meat balls into an oven safe dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
