Ingredients
Serves 4, You'll Need: 2 cups of spinach, 1/2 cup of shredded carrots, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/8 cup walnuts (chopped) and Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing (whisk together 1 tsp orange marmalade, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar, 1 tsp honey, pinch of salt and pepper).
Directions
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad. Mix well and serve. Enjoy!
