Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
2 large red bell peppers1 large yellow bell peppers1 large orange bell peppers1.5 cups packed fresh basil leaves2 tbsp oilive oil 2 tsp minced garlic 8 oz uncooked angel hair pasta 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat Broiler. Half red, yellow and orange peppers. Remove stems and seeds. Place peppers cut side down on non-stick baking sheet. Broil until blistered and charred. Cover in bowl and let stand for 15 mins. Peel off skins. Set 2 red pepper half aside. Cut remaining peper into thin strips

In food pressor puree reserved red peper half, basil, olive oil and garlic.

Cook pasta drain and return to pot. Add peper strips and basil puree. Toss and sprinkle with parm chesse and freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
