Sausage Egg Bake

10 large eggs1 pkg. crescent rolls1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage, browned4 cups Oreida Hashbrowns with onions and peppers2 cups shredded cheese1 cup skim milksalt and pepper to taste
Place crescent rolls on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, pinching together the seams. Layer the crumbled, browned sausage over the crescent rolls. Sprinkle thawed hashbrowns over the sausage. Sprinkle the cheese over the hashbrowns. Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper in a bowl and pour over everything else. You can make this the night before and keep in the refrigerator overnight if desired. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until eggs are set. Serves 10.
