Ingredients
* 2 'Down Home' Nova Scotain Blueberry Pancakes, frozen[ This is SparkPerson 'YAMAHANANA'S recipe. It's here on SparkRecipes at:https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=143304 ]* 1 tbsp. 'Old-Fashioned' / Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter (no salt or sugar!)* 1 tbsp. 'Twice the Fruit' Jam-type Spread(You can use any kind with about 25 calories per tablespoon! E. D. Smith, President's Choice Blue Menu, etc.)
Directions
1. Toast two left-over frozen pancakes. Go for lower heat / longer time to defrost them and to be sure they aren't going to burn on the outside. Once they are thawed inside and crispy on the outside, they're ready to be used as the base for your 'sandwich'.
2. Spread the peanut butter and jam on top of one of the pancakes.
3. Cover with the second pancake.
4. Serve and enjoy! It's that simple! :)
