Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast

Boneless Pork Loin Roast, 40 oz Cornstarch, .125 cup Salt, .5 tsp Ground mustard, 1 tspGround Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Whole Cranberries, 1.5 cupCranberry Juice (not cocktail), 1/3 cupGarlic, 2 clovesGolden Raisins, 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packedGranulated Sugar, 2 tablespoons 1/2 lemon, sliced
Put the salt, pepper, cornstarch, mustard, and ginger in a large gallon size bag. Add the pork loin and shake until the pork is coated. Add it to the slow cooker.
Top with the rest of the ingredients and arrange the lemon slices on top of the pork. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
