Easy Swiss Steak

Ingredients
2 lb. Round Steak 1/2 cup flour1tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 cups of Stewed Tomatoes1 cup of sliced onionSalt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
Add salt and pepper to flour. Cut steak into 2x4 inch pieces. Dredge steak in flour. Heat olive oil in skillet and brown steak. Remove steak when brown and place in bottom of crock pot. Add the stewed tomatoes and sliced onion. Cook for 4-6 hours in crock pot.
Serve over wild or brown rice or mashed potatoes.
