Ingredients
rutabaga 1 cup diced Sweet potatoes 1 cup dicedPotato (fingerling, yukon, etc.) 1 cup dicedOlive oil 1 Tthyme 1 tspSalt to taste (pinch)pepperhot sauce ( Louisiana) 1 tsp
Directions
Dice Vegetables in about 3/4" pieces. Toss with remaining ingredients and roast in a 375 oven on a cookie sheet for about 30 minutes tossing occasionally. Test for seasoning.
