Low Fat Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1 c rolled oats not instant1/5 t baking powder1/5 t cinnamon1/5 c molasses4 T corn oil2 T water1 1/5 t vanilla1/2 c walnuts1/5 c raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 mix flour, oats, baking powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon in small mixing bowl. Stir together and set aside.

Mix syrup, oil, water and vanilla stir well.

Mix wet into dry ingredients then add nuts and raisins. spoon table spoon amounts onto a non greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 min or until lightly browned but still moist.
