Crockpot Beef Barley Stew

2 lbs stew meat, beef3 cans Beef Broth2 carrots, sliced 2 celery stalks, sliced1 onion diced1 can diced tomatoes, any variety1 cup barley1 tsp basilPut all ingredients into crock pot.Add salt and pepper, if desired.Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours.
