1 pound ground turkey1 pound ground beef (93% lean)1 generous cup of chopped swiss chard1/2 large chopped onion1 cup tomatoes chopped (can be canned)Fresh Basil to tastePepper and Salt to taste4 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
Mix the ingredients (with the basil if desired) until they come together. Form loafs - can be one or multiple depending on the number of people. I make 4 out of these quantities. One of these loaves will serve 2 people - I freeze the rest.
Bake in the pre-heated oven at 350 for 1 hour. If a larger loaf is baked it will take accordingly longer - use meat thermometer, when the internal temperature reaches 170 it is done.
