Easy Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
4 cups nonfat milk1/2 cup brown sugar2 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp cinnamon2 cups old-fashioned or steel-cut oats2 cups apple, chopped1 cup raisins1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
Coat the inside of a 3-4 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on WARM or LOW setting overnight, or 7-8 hours. In the morning, stir well and scoop into individual bowls. Be careful not to overcook. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 8-10.
