Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage1/4 cup all purpose flour3 cups of milk SaltPepper
Directions
1. Cook sausage in a large skillet over midium-high heat until browned, about 8 minutes.

2. Sprinkle flour over the mean and stir until blended. Stir in the milk. Bring mixture to boil, stirring until thickened. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Serve immediately over bisquits.

    This is about the same as mine but I use sage flavored sausage and put in some dried bay leaves and thyme so it doesn't taste as floury. Great Recipe thanks!
