Turkey Gravy - Gluten Free

Ingredients
4 cups of fresh turkey stock4 Tblsp. of Potato starch4 Tblsp of water
Directions
Place 4 cups of stock in a sauce pan and heat over med-high heat.
In a seperate bowl stir add 4 Tblsp. of water and 4 Tblsp. of potato starch and stir well until mixed.
Add Starch mixture to stock slowly stirring constantly.
Serve immediately.

Serving = 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons)
