Danielle's Fruit & Greek Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
4 oz (about 1/2 c.) non-fat Greek yogurt (recommend vanilla or honey flavor)1 tbsp. flaxmeal (ground flax seed)1/2 c. nonfat milk1/2 medium, fresh banana, sliced4 frozen strawberries1/4 c. frozen blueberries (about 20 berries)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet mixer and blend until frozen fruit is pureed. Pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
