Chicken Parmesan Dippers

Ingredients
Chicken:2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese1 C Idahoan Original Mashed Potatoes, unprepared flakes1 Tbsp garlic powder1 Tbsp dried basil1 Tbsp dried oregano1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepperDipping Sauce:1 jar your choice spaghetti sauce
Directions
For chicken, combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Brush the chicken with olive oil and dip into potato flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

For sauce, pour sauce into a small saucepan and warm over low-medium heat.

Serve chicken while hot with 1/4 C dipping sauce on the side.
