Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz), drained & rinsedBeans, black, 1 can, drained & rinsedChili Beans, 1 canDiced Tomatoes, 1 canTomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)Chili Seasoning, 1 packet of choiceWater, tap, 4 cups
Directions
Heat olive oil and add onion. Saute to transparent. Add corn, beans, diced tomato, tomato paste, and seasoning packet. Blend together. Add water. Simmer for one hour.
