Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
3 crowns of broccoli1 cup of raisins1/4 cup of sunflower seeds2 cups of mozzarella cheese (made with skim milk)3/4 cup of reduced fat Dukes Mayo1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar1/4 cup of sugar (optional)
Directions
Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces. In a bowl, combine mayo, sugar, and vinegar until blended well. Add broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds and cheese. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
