Weight Watcher's Zero Point Soup

Ingredients
3 cups nonfat chicken (or beef) broth2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 can (6 oz.) tomato paste2 cups chopped cabbage1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup green beans1/2 cup chopped carrots1/2 cup chopped zucchini1/2 tsp. basil1/2 tsp. oreganosalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute carrots and garlic for 5 min. in a pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add broth, tomato paste, cabbage, green beans and spices. Simmer 5-10 min. until vegetables are tender. Add zucchini and simmer for another 5 min.
Serves 4.

    I am making this tonight and making enough to last several days, putting it in freezer bags or tupperware to keep on hand thru the weekend. I dont have any zucchini so the nutritional value might change slightly. - 5/19/16

    its good with or without cabbage; i added a can of diced tomatoes and a can of extra mild rotel as well...so good! I omitted the tomato paste, turned out okay. - 1/14/12
