Jessi's Homemade Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
4 Medium-sized Tomatillos5 Serrano or Jalapeno peppers1 tsp salt1 Pinch of Cilantro (optional)1 Pinch of chopped onions (optional)Juice from 1 lime wedge (optional)1 garlic clove (optional)
Directions
Place tomatillos and peppers into small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil until tomatillos turn from bright green to a dull army green.

Drain water and place peppers and tomatillos into a blender. Add salt, cilantro, onions, lime juice, and garlic and process until smooth.
