Ingredients
1 slice (3 ounces) light silken tofu1/3 cup fat free plain or vanilla yogurt1/2 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla milk1 serving FRS healthy energy diet orange powder1/2 cup cold water
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. The tofu makes this a very creamy drink. One serving or about 2 cups. There is NO cooking, the one minute cooking time is for blending.
