curry chicken

Ingredients
15 oz chicken2 medium potatoes, chopped2 medium onions, chopped2 tablespoons curry sauce1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 cup soy milk
Directions
Heat up oil in a skillet. Add onion and stir fry until translucent then chicken and stir fry until not pink. Then add potatoes, curry sauce and soy milk. Allow to simmer for 25 min. Serve over rice.
Makes 8 half cup servings.
