Homemade Thai Spring Rolls

Ingredients
Rice PaperNapa CabbageTuna (or other fish/meat of your choosing)AvocadoappletomatoSauce: Hoisin Sauce, Peanut Butter, garlic
Directions
Slice fruit & vegetable ingredients & set aside. Cook Rice noodles according to package. Sear Tuna on each side ~ 3 minutes per side, slice into small pieces. Prepare rice paper according to package instructions. Set on flat surface, layer small amount of noodles, cabbage, & other desired ingredients. Roll up & serve with warm sauce made of hoisin, garlic, peanut butter, & water. This can be a side dish, or the whole meal. You can also substitute any meat you wish, or leave it out to make it vegetarian!
