McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix Packet1 lb. Chicken Breast, no skin cut into bite size pieces1 Tbsp Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread1 cup WaterBeans, white 15 oz can, undrained1 cup Low Fat cheddar cheese, shredded 10 Mission 8" Low Carb Soft Taco Size Tortilla1 can Green Chilis
** Preheat oven to 400* and spray a 13x9" pan with a low cal. cooking spray **
1. Heat buttery spread in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until brownied.
2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Spoon mixture into tortillas, reserving a small amount of the filling to spoon over at the end. Roll each burrito and place in pan. Spoon the remaining filling over burritos and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
4. Place in preheated oven until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
